How do I get started?

  • Simply contact us and provide us with information as to which space you would need help with. Then I will set an appointment for our first session.

How much time does the process take?

  • That all depends on the amount of space you have to be organized. If you have several closets and a kitchen, organizing could take days. If on the other hand, you have a small area, it could take a few hours. Most organizers cannot give a timeline prior to the process because it is unknown.

Do I have to be there when you’re organizing?

  • Most definitely. In order to organize to your specifications and most convenient ease-of-use, you must be there during the process. Organizers do the physical work and tailor solutions to your needs but cannot make decisions for you regarding what to keep or discard. 

Can I schedule multiple sessions in one day?

  • Yes, up to 2 sessions per day can be scheduled. 

Will you force me to throw things away?

  • Of course not. We will provide guidance, personal opinion, and tips as to how you can utilize an item for your space.  The final decision as to what goes and what stays is always 100% up to you.

What happens to all of the items I don’t want?

  • The removal of trash & donations are included in your package rate.

Do you provide supplies? Do I need to buy anything beforehand?

  • It is not necessary to purchase any organizing supplies before your session, We recommend that you  hold off purchasing any supplies until after the initial planning and sorting phase to get a better sense of what is needed. At times, we be able to re-use containers from your home.
